We deliver worldwide 🌎

- Personal data is secured as well as payments , we only accept wire transfers at the moment. After your order is placed, you will receive an email with our bank details. We accept EUR, USD, GBP. 

- Your orders are dispatched inconspicuously 📦.

- The orders are typically sent between 1 and 3 working days after we receive the payment.

- The shipping costs include the packing and transport fees and the order is at your own risks.

- The shipping fees on the EU orders start at 4€ (France), 5€ (EU) (7,50€ with tracking). The fees to ship to the UK, North America and International sit at 9,90€.

- Please note that Califrosty will not be held accountable for any incorrect information provided by the customer. Incorrect customer information resulting in incorrect delivery, non-delivery, detainment or charges will remain at the customer's responsibility.

- The customer is fully liable for any order shipped, once it leaves our warehouse. Califrosty cannot be held responsible or liable for any product content or charges involved should your parcel be stopped by any international customs process. 

- "Free shipping" will not provide tracking number. 

- Wether you choose the "free shipping" at the checkout, Califrosty is not held responsible for non-delivery and will not refund the customer.
