Refund policy

- Please note that Califrosty will not be held accountable for any incorrect information provided by the customer. Incorrect customer information resulting in incorrect delivery, non-delivery, detainment or charges will remain at the customer's responsibility.

- The customer is fully liable for any order shipped, once it leaves our warehouse. Califrosty cannot be held responsible or liable for any product content or charges involved should your parcel be stopped by any international customs process. 

- "Free shipping" will not provide tracking number. 

- Wether you choose the "free shipping" at the checkout, Califrosty is not held responsible for non-delivery and will not refund the customer. 

- Seeds are for souvenir purpose only, Califrosty will not refund the client in case of "non-germination" as it's strictly for collection.
